CCGI's 2009/2010- 8 Week Payment Calendar
To receive early discounts and avoid late fees please follow the schedule below...
6 payments per year X 8 weeks of classes.
#2 February 23rd- April 26th - CCGI is closed April 5th-12th Spring Break
( This is a 9 week session no make ups are necessary)
#3 April 27th-June 21st- Closed Monday, May 25th Memorial Day
#4 June 22nd-August 23rd- No Class June29th-July5th-July 4th Break
(This is a 9 week session no make ups necessary)
No Regular classes August 24th-August 30th Closed for Fall registration
#5 August 31st-October 25th- Closed Monday, September 7th Labor Day
#6 October 26th-December 19th- Closed November 26th-29th Thanksgiving
No classes December 21st-December 27th- Holiday Break
If you regularly scheduled class falls on a scheduled ccgi holiday, please contact the front desk for a make-up class.
To receive an early discount of 10% you must pay by the last day of the previous session. ( $10.00 Max)
Payment are late if fees are not paid the first week of each 8 week pay period! A $10.00 late charge will be added to you account after the first week of the session.
CCGI classes run year around. Each child stays enrolled in their class untill CCGI is notified in writing that you will not be continuing class. It is important to stop by the front desk and fill out drop slip. You are responsible fo payment of each class spot until CCGI is notified in writing of your drop.
CCGI's Vacation policy- CCGI's allows two weeks vacation credit per year. When paying for the session that you will be gone please tell the front desk and they will figure out the correct amount for that session. This allows you to take a vacation without having to drop your class.
